Credit Report Key

Merged Credit Report: One, Two or Three Credit Bureaus merged into one report

RMCR (Residential Mortgage Credit Report): Includes all credit from Merged Credit Report, verification of employment, updating all open accounts, and updating Public records

VOR - Verification of Rent/Residency

VOE - Verification of Employment

Public Record - Items that are processed through court system

Revolving (R)

Revolving account such as credit card or home equity
R0 - No Rating / Current Acct
R1 - Current Acct
R2 - 30 Days Past the Due Date
R3 - 60 Days Past the Due Date
R4 - 90 Days Past the Due Date
R5 - 120 Days Past the Due Date
R6 - 150 Days Past the Due Date
R7 - Bankruptcy Chapter 13
R8 - Derogatory Foreclosure / Repossession
R9 - Collection / Charge Off, Bankruptcy Chapter 7, 11 or 12

Installment (I)

Loan accounts with fixed payment & time period
I0 - No Rating / Current Acct
I1 - Current Acct
I2 - 30 Days Past the Due Date
I3 - 60 Days Past the Due Date
I4 - 90 Days Past the Due Date
I5 - 120 Days Past the Due Date
I6 - 150 Days Past the Due Date
I7 - Bankruptcy Chapter 13
I8 - Derogatory Foreclosure / Repossession
